Finals stress?

Okay so I am a Freshman in high school, this is my very first year of having finals. During the beginning of this week I was like “Oh, I’ve got this. I’m not worried about finals.” And now I’m freaking out because I think I’m going to fail and I’m really stressed about finals tomorrow. What can I do to relieve some stress so I can get to sleep and be good for tomorrow?

I always just do something fun the night before finales. My friends and I go out and we are loud obnoxious teenagers. So yes go out have some fun and then take a nice relaxing bath. You can do this and you can ace this test.

When I have finals, I don't stress out about it. I feel like when you stress that's how you do bad in tests and forget some answers. Just sleep and wake up and test yourself. Just be calm. You got this and good luck!

It is to observe the thoughts that are causing the anxiety as they are happening and see that they are based on past thoughts(conditioning). An individual never really knows what is to occur in the present moment but only to stay in the present moment with what is and to move out of that silence. To escape anxiety into reading a book, watching a movie and so on is to continue and not deal with the fear(anxiety).
