I can help you with this. Add me and send a PM.

Though as a short synopsis, you should try myfitnesspal to track what you eat . I've used it to lose 10 pounds in 2 months just by monitoring what I eat.

It's recommended you take no less than 1400 calories a day. That's what your body needs to function on a day-to-day. The weight you lost so far is merely due to lack of carbohydrates in your diet. Unfortunately once you go back to eating normally, you will gain all of that weight back again - rapidly.

A healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week on a well balanced diet. Cut back refined sugars and carbs, but do not completely eliminate carbs.

Also to increase your metabolism, eat smaller meals or snacks through out the day. When you wake up maybe an apple and some crackers, maybe a small sandwich for lunch etc...

I just realized Name Witheld is basically saying what I said :) So I definitely agree.

It all depends on your metabolism. The results can vary by a lot. If you are used to eating heavy foods, and then suddenly switch to these diets, your metabolism (which has gotten used to the heavy food) will burn up all the fat in the same manner as it did before, but now with a lot less to burn off, and thus, you will lose more weight. One thing about these crazy diets though: After you lose the weight, your metabolism will re-adjust to your new diet. So once you start eating normally again, you will gain weight as your metabolism will now be used to burning off less fat. This is why it is highly recommended to keep a balanced diet, and exercise weight off. It will stay off too, and it is much more healthy for you.

If you focus more on moderating Fat and Carbs you will have more success. :D Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and exercise daily and keep track of everything you put into your body and the weight will begin to fall off! Just keep at it! You can do it!
