I was addicted to weight loss pills (taking 14 pills a day) for about nine months and for about a week I haven’t taken any of them while I was on the pills I lost about 10 pounds and now that im not taking them I feel like complete crap about my body I feel like I weigh 550 pounds and I want to lost my gut. I work out everyday I swim all day then before dinner I do arms and legs after dinner I go for a 2.35 mile run after my run I do abs and yoga (from apps on my phone) its about and hour and a half all together and with my diet I have something wrong with my digestive system so I really only eat fruits, veggies, water, or apple juice and sometimes chicken or beef when im feeling okay enough to eat meats. my arms, legs, and butt are flat like from the back I look amazing but then I turn around and ive got this big fat belly (beer gut) and I want it gone. ive only been off my pills for a little while and I feel so unsatisfied with my body that I want to start taking them again.. and tips on what to do to make my stomach not so flabby and fat?
