I was addicted to weight loss pills (taking 14 pills a day) for about nine months and for about a week I haven’t taken any of them while I was on the pills I lost about 10 pounds and now that im not taking them I feel like complete crap about my body I feel like I weigh 550 pounds and I want to lost my gut. I work out everyday I swim all day then before dinner I do arms and legs after dinner I go for a 2.35 mile run after my run I do abs and yoga (from apps on my phone) its about and hour and a half all together and with my diet I have something wrong with my digestive system so I really only eat fruits, veggies, water, or apple juice and sometimes chicken or beef when im feeling okay enough to eat meats. my arms, legs, and butt are flat like from the back I look amazing but then I turn around and ive got this big fat belly (beer gut) and I want it gone. ive only been off my pills for a little while and I feel so unsatisfied with my body that I want to start taking them again.. and tips on what to do to make my stomach not so flabby and fat?
Focus on what your body can do instead of what it looks like. Those diet pills have probably done a lot of damage to you and it's why you're feeling so poorly. You should perhaps seek medical attention.
I know how it feels to be overweight. I started last year taking Boxing at a place called Title Boxing. They explain the best way to lose weight is how much intensity you put into your workout and your workout routine. Doing running on treadmills and changing the incline and and speed every two mins helps. Two mins at a normal setting then two minutes later change it to fast setting you can handle and increase the incline then back to normal. Helps work out your entire body, but works out the center body the most. If you don't have a treadmill then chanelle your timing on your runs. Try to do better each time you run. The point is to do better than the last time you run. Eating fruits, certain fish, and chicken help. Soup also helps, so chicken soup, noodle chicken soup, veg soup, and anything that will be good for you. so keep that up. Cardio workout like boxing, kick boxing, or tae bo type workout and will push you will help. But the real secret into losing weight that everyone has so much trouble with is stress. Don't stress yourself out. Any stress can prevent you from losing weight or make it difficult. SO believe in yourself because you can do it. Any things that bothering you can will overcome. You're a strong and beautiful person. Release yourself from yours stress and give yourself the love and encourage that only you can do.

well from a guys view cut out the apple juice its empty calories eat the right right about of nut butters they are full of protein and fat but the fat ( aka polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats) aka are proven to help promote fat burn trade swimming for distance running and start a weightlifting routine if you are that serious about loosing your gut. way lift you may ask and there are many reasons first it will help your joints feel better when you run and second and more importantly is it will help maintain dynamic functional patterens while building a core foundation of strength cause a body that looks good but cant do anything is WORTHLESS. so keep it functional is my advice.
