EMERGENCY – YOU NEED TO HELP

I think too many people judge their own progress in life based off someone else's standard. I judge the progress of my life on how happy I am most of the time and how content I am with where I am in life. My sister uses an entirely different measuring stick. She isn't happy unless she's moving up. She has a lot of ambition and believes that an individual should constantly be making efforts to improve themselves. That's great. For her. I can't measure my own progress by her standard though. Focusing on what I need to improve in myself lends the idea that there is something wrong with who I am now (which isn't true). I need to look at my life and think about what is right for me, not for anybody else.
