During the week i constantly have dance practice and classes plus homework and friends keep wanting me to do things with them but I don’t know how to balance all of these efficiently without becoming exhausted, any advice?
I struggle with this too. One thing is really questioning where your priorities are: what's really important to YOU, what makes you feel great about yourself... and what do you feel you should do but you don't really like. All your activities are a choice, some are really obvious choices (staying in high school, for example) but you can still stop and look at it and consciously make that choice knowing that there is another option out there.Keep in touch with what you like, keep learning more about yourself. Ask yourself the hard question once in a while, am I still interested in this.I used to do dance too! Ballet and modern mostly.
