Do I end our friendship?

A few months ago, I dated one of my best friends. It seemed like it was awesome and going good. We broke up (it was a mutual decision) and were soon back to being friends. He recently admitted he still likes me, but I don’t like him and I don’t want to hurt him. What do I do?..

You don't have to do anything, if he can't handle being around you only as a friend he should take some time off your friendship and detach a bit, in order to move on. If he can't seem to make his mind about it and keeps bringing up his feelings, you can nudge him in that direction.

Well for now stay friends. I speak from experience when I say it will hurt him even more to end the friendship. Only end if he can't control himself around you. He might stop seeing you like that and only want to be friends or who knows, you may begin to like him again. Just wait it out.
