I have recently started the 21 day standard process cleanse and it is amazing!! It changes your entire outlook on food and how to live. It gives you so much energy and you just feel all around better! It helps you weed out the bad foods and eat more of what nourishes your body. You have to have a lot of will power to be on the program because it is a lifestyle change for sure!

Here'w what i follow. Cut down on sugar, red meat, carbs, fat. Few tips-1-Just eat the egg whites, leave the yolk 2-Have whole wheat / multigrain bread 3-Eat more fibres (fruits) 4-Switch to green tea 5-5-6 small meal portions a day 6-Dont ever skip a meal 7-Dinner should be light, preferably soups/saladsAll the best :)

I recommend making a life style change instead of a diet. Make changes you know you can stick to and hold them for the long term.

Well, i'd recommend not "stopping" eating anything :) just eat in moderation, and take a good amount of exercise regularly."Moderation in all things."

For you, I would say pick a diet system, be it the zone, dukan, intermittent fasting, whatever, so you have something to follow and aren't prey to everything everybody says on the internet about what works best. Then all you have to do is follow it.
As for fit, pick the lifestyle you want your body to be reflecting, be it running (couch25k is a good starting program), swimming or whatever is available to you
I'm always wary of people who are still growing when the topic it's diets though, so, since exercise is safe, how about you just make sure you are somewhat matching the rough amount of calories from your TDEE and venture into regular sports and see how things go for a couple of months?

Last month I started a low-carb diet, I didn't eat any bread, no soda or junk food and I eat foods that are high in protein and fiber. Since I'm such a picky eater I basically live on chicken (grilled or baked), pork, ground pork, eggs, and salad. It gets boring after a while but I ended up researched a bunch of low-carb recipes and it's actually quite amazing how many I was able to find. When you go to the store buy protein shakes and bars, fiber bars, granola, and things of that nature, a lot of fruits, too. I lost 10 pounds in less than a month but I recently gained it all back due to being sick and only being able to eat mashed potatoes and gravy, and toast. Good luck, it's hard but it's definitely worth it.Also, exercise regularly, I exercise 7 days a week, sometimes I take a Saturday or a Sunday off. But exercise is most effective in 10 minute increments, I run on my treadmill for 10 minutes sometimes 15 if I'm not paying attention, and then I do WiiFit for the last 20 minutes.
