Depression or anxiety ?

I’ve been working in my job for nearly three years and every now and then, during our busy periods, the work load increases and work slows down and backs up. My boss flips his s**t and I burst into tears, I find it very difficult to talk to him without crying and I even shake uncontrollably. I feel like they often put me into a difficult position and then when things go wrong they never listen. Then it all blows over until the next big deadline. I’m wondering if this is depression or some sort of anxiety? ….or maybe I should just look for new employment?

I would look for new employment. If i was you i would want to work in a place that makes me cry and shake. Considering that your work place is were you spend the majority of you day, you want it to be nice, welcoming and somewhere you want to go day after day

I don't think it is anxiety nor depression. I think you are stress and feeling unfair and mad. You should look for a new job or try to stand up for yourself. There are work bulling that I heard all the times. I think you are the victim of work bulling. Don't let this get to you...find a new job or stand up for yourself. Your health is more important than your job. Overtime, stress could cause anxiety and depression..and these are mental issues that could take a long time to reverse. I can tell you this from my experience.

I think you should look for a new job. Sounds like a very unhealthy work environment. It might be depression, it might be anxiety. It might not be too. If you didn't experience all this before working there then likely it was induced by your work. If so, quickly, get out of there!
