counselling sources?

Hey guys

Not sure if I’m allowed to ask questions like this here, I will delete if I have to :)

Just wanted to know if anyone was aware of any free counselling UK services? I’ve been in contact with a few, including IAPT and the NHS regarding my issues but I’m just not getting any response..

I’m too embarrassed to go to my GP to talk about it, and I’d like to have an option available for me whenever I feel I need it, you know? It’s a lot of hassle for me to make a docyor appointment seeing as they are always late and I work 9-5.

Any information you could give me would be very appreciated.

Thanks ^___^

xMousex, I'll take a look when I get the chance :D it's tricky business talking to your GP about things like this.. The last time I went to my GP about depression, I swerved from what was actually troubling me and I ended up getting nowhere LOL
