could not eating cause nausea?

0

I have a mild eating disorder I restrict food sometimes but not always. I haven’t eaten much in past 2 days and I have a splitting headache, which is understandable, but I’m also super nauseous- is this from not eating or something else?

Yes. After a few hours of not eating you start to feel sick, than your stomach will start to shrink so it won't be as bad. However, I do recommend eating.. If you haven't eaten in awhile start in small portions, than gradually move your way up to normal sized portions. If you need anything my inbox is always open!

Definitely! Not eating will cause stomach pains, and the feeling of wanting to throw up. (even gagging) But good luck! -Ivy
