corsets part 2

Ive done all kinds of research on corseting and waist training, and I’m seriously considering it. but there’s a lot of controversy on whether or not having your floating ribs and organs moved “permanently” or for long periods of time in your life is good for you, i know that organs and ribs get moved around during pregnancy but that’s only for 9 months. a lot of people say its okay as long as its gradual. and there hasn’t been much research on it, well more modern research. so i have a questions for any doctors or just people you know a thing or to about organs being moved along with ribs. also note that while i am considering waist training since i am still young and i am still growing i wont be starting it just yet and when i do, my goal will only be to go down a few inches, not have like the absolute tiniest waist possible just to get the perfect shape i want. i did recently ask a question about corsets and things like that a while ago, but my answers were mainly on the corsets them selfs and while it answered that question it didn’t answer my main concern on whether or not i will be just causing myself more problems. in my research some said it was okay and i know there are yoga posses that move organs up and its supposed to be good for you but that’s not like for a long time and its not “permanent”

I've done it. So many "fad" things. It's not good for you, it is just a fad thing. You can try good old diet and excercise. I paid $600 for a weigh loss plan (Slim4Life) and I only lost about 10/15 pounds (175 to 160). So I'd just try that or some supplements like probiotics, raspberry keytone, and garcinia cambogia. Poop everything out.
