Coping with stress and concentration tips?

0

I’ve been having a tough time dealing with school lately and it seems I’ve got a thousand things to do. I’ve reached a point where all I do is procrastinate because my tasks are just becoming too much. I don’t have time to take so many breaks though. Any tips on how to deal with stress?

Also, how can I try to concentrate on studying and studying only? I need to get this all done.

One thing you can try to do is make a list and set goals for yourself. If you have a lot of schoolwork, break it down by subject or prioritize it. Tell yourself you want to have a certain assignment done by a certain time, or give yourself a time limit on each thing. Also, give yourself breaks while doing your work. Even just a five minutes bathroom/snack break helps you relax just a bit. Get rid of any distractions. Turn your phone off, turn your internet off if you need to be on the computer, keep your TV off, everything off unless you absolutely need it. Just find a way that works for you; only you can find a way to do your work that works for you, and it may be a way that no one else understands or could ever imagine working.

I'd say that listening to long chillstep mixes is a pretty good concentration aid. As to avoiding procrastinating, I'm not the one to talk to. I've so far procrastinated my way through the last nine days.

warm drinks calm your nerves so try some teas!
