Clumsiness..

Okay so this might sound like a stupid question but is there such thing as having something wrong with you being clumsy.
My mum said it is kind of genetic and that it can even be worse at certain times of the month but I haven’t noticed that.
I just seem to be constantly falling over, cutting myself, walking into things, saying silly things, making mistakes, forgetting something, breaking things and its really starting to upset me especially if I break something. It silly I know but I hate being so clumsy..
anything I can do? part from be more careful haha

You can work on being more alert and attentive but accidents will always be accidents.

Some people just have a natural tendency to be a clumsy person. I am one of those people that will find the needle in the hay stack with my foot. I am also bad for running into doors or even walls. My dog is even clumsy and will run into and trip over things. Some people are just more prone to accidents then others. On the other hand clumsy can be a symptom or an effect. If you are taking any type of medications check the warning labels and side effects of the medications or drug interactions if taking multiple medications. If you have not had a recent vision test I recommend getting one, you may have an actual treatable problem. Lack of sleep and stress may cause a person to be less alert and increase the likely hood of an accident. Stressing from being a clutz may also cause you be more clutzy too.

I'm clumsy as well. I haven't really found many things that counteract the clumsiness. All I can recommend is staying away from sharp objects and high places. :P Be safe, girly!
