Clingy or Amazing??

You really shouldn't go by stereotypes such as "clingy" or "amazing", just go with what you feel comfortable with.

Most guys don't want to hang out that often, I'd say... It could be that he likes you a lot, but he seems like a classic clingy type. And it's even a bit early to be clingy. I think you should try and slow it down.

Give it a little more time. He might just be excited to be in a relationship. If his enthusiasm doesn't cool in a reasonable time frame, you might have a clingy guy.

I was kind of the same way when I first got with my current girlfriend for a few reasons. She was the first girl I pursued since my two previous ex gfs liked me before I liked them. I genuinely enjoyed spending time with her and learning about her. We became very close very quickly, tbh even now I try to spend time with my gf whenever possible since we're also best friends and love hearing from each other's perspective. I'm clingy, I admit it, but my gf is ok with me being that way so long as I respect her privacy which I do. In the end only you will be able to answer your question because we all feel differently about things and our tolerance for and compatibility with certain personalities, varies from person to person.
