Could be something medical... or it could be that time of year when biologically our bodies start slowing down metabolism wise and don't require as much food. Hard to say without knowing more information other than you're just not having much of an appetite lately. Stress, constipation/gastrointestinal upset, ulcers, eating disorders, side effects of medications (even OTC stuff like allergy meds), nerves, and even the time of year can all affect appetite and food intake. If you haven't had a bowel movement in 24 hours, you might not feel hungry. If the problem persists, maybe try some of the fiber mix-ins like Metamucil or talk to your doctor.Check the extended list of side effects on any medications you're taking, even over the counters and generic meds (I used to have this problem when I took Claritin for allergies; it could be a side-effect of switching to a new med, too, and appetite loss might not even be on the official list but everyone is different.)Try eating something small, maybe have a protein shake, smoothie, or a small meal-replacement bar to get your body some type of nourishment until you start to feel hungry again. I'd seek medical attention if the problem lasts longer than a few days. MAKE SURE YOU STAY HYDRATED - lots of water and juice. Good luck!
