Can someone interpret this dream?

There’s a house with a chess board patio. I’m on a square, the statue Mary is on another and a gargoyle. Then there’s a woman dressed in all black with grey skin floating sideways in a fetal position. Three people on the other side of the board are saying the Hail Mary and every time they stop the gargoyle grows really big and it’s wings fold out. Then it gets really small again. The small floating woman is staring at me the entire time. The people are still saying the Hail Mary when the statue of Mary completely shatters. The small floating woman starts to float to me and I guess I fall and die but through like a tunnel vision I see her face change to match mine.

Well, a chess board would indicate opposing sides. Mary is a religious figure, a gargoyle is a mythical nocturnal guardian made of stone, and a levitating woman in the fetal position dressed in black who takes on your likeness may be an aspect of yourself. Are you possibly questioning your belief system? Or maybe these figures represent things in your life connected to a struggle or conflict, the statue of mary representing the king in the game of chess and her sudden shattering marking the end of the game, and the helpless woman coming to represent you yourself. Most important is what you think it represents, whether it means nothing or it strikes a chord within you.
