can someone explain college to me?

you can go to your local community college or university and talk to someone about it maybe. i wouldnt worry about a major or thinking fully about what you want to do until you get your general classes out of the way. maybe just first think of a direction you are interested in.

I will add community colleges are open enrollment which means anyone at anytime may take credit courses. 4 Year universities Have stricter requirements and charge a lot more per class. I recommend going to a community college to start. And maybe if you go into medicine that is as far as you will need to go. I.E 2 year Nursing program. When going to college Consider not only what is in demand but what you like doing. Basically you will take various tests to show your skill levels across reading writing and math. Then one they see where you are you will start taking 2-4 courses per term. The deadline for financial aid starts January 1st so now is a good time to think about filling out the forms. Best of luck. And like Lana said Talk to a counselor or someone at a local college they will be able to give you everything you need! But do remember its not high school so you have to go find what you need it wont find you. That is to say if it gets tough, you have to figure it out because the staff really just does the minimum..
