Can people tell I’ve never kissed anyone before?

Not unless you tell them. I doubt they'd notice.

Kissing is a very in-the-moment action. I at least feel kissing is like hand drawn art, each kiss you give isn't like any other, they're unique. So no I don't believe they'd be able to tell.

Most people don't really know what they're doing even after a few kisses. And in my experience, the way a couple ends up kissing regularly is always unique to them. And even if you had been kissed before your past experiences wont always match up to theirs. Just follow their lead and go with that to start with. Every first kiss with a new person is a bit like a first first kiss.
