Can anyone recommend me a good anime?

Some anime that you could watch (action): Naruto, Naruto Shippuden, Fairy Tail, One Piece, Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood, Bleach, etc. there's tonnes of anime that you could watch. But, it really depends on what genre you are looking for. Is it action? Romance? Comedy?

There's Maid Sama! (A fusion of Romance and Action), and like Terrified to Love said, Black Butler (Plenty of Action), and there's Hayate the Combat Butler, Beelzebub, etc. There's just WAY too many good anime to list!

Detective Conan if you're into mysteries. I know a great website you can watch it on.

Elfin Lied is really good as well

I used to be really into Inuyasha. c: I also really liked Angel Beats and Death Note is a good one. I've heard good things about Black Butler and Full Metal Alchemist, One Piece, and Bleach.

I don't know what type you're into but I personally like Crest of the Stars (it's very laid-back and reflective). Spice & Wolf (all about the dialogue...gets into economic stuff and some may find it boring or interesting depending but I think the dynamic between the two main characters is interesting at least). Have to agree with Inuyasha (romantic, action), Full Metal (funny but also can be dark at times, adventurous). Rurouni Kenshin (I really like the characters in this and the story line). I've also heard Death Note is good (probably a bit dark) but I have yet to watch it.

If you like Romantic Comedies... Fruit's Basket, Heartful Days, and Lovely Complex are some I enjoyed... Hetalia ALWAYS makes me smile. Fairy Tail is my current favorite. It has Action, Humor, some romance, and the bonds of friendship that the characters form will touch your heart <3 hahaha. Fullmetal Alchemist was great. Rather sad from time to time though.

I agree with all that have been posted so far. I would recommend Sword Art Online, Darker Than Black, Fruits Basket, and Samurai Champloo.

Lol oh goodness. Now that I've got a variety to chose from I don't know where to begin!

Attack on Titans is good if you're into action and cliffhangers. Full Metal Alchemist is another good action anime. If you like slice of life stories try Nagi No Asukara (A Lull in the Sea) or Silver Spoon.
