Can a blooddonor person refuse to accept me if i self harm?

I self harm off and on and the last two times i went to donate blood the lady told me i wasnt in the right range for my iron but i went to my doctor about it and she said my iron was perfectly normal, Did the lady just not take my blood becuase she saw my cuts, can they do that?

I don't know if any of them lied to you, but your blood iron level might have been not at level when you went donating, and at level when you went to get it checked.
That said, before donating blood, you get asked basically what kind of wounds and things got in contact with your blood. If you want to donate blood and recently self-harmed, you should be honest and tell them. Then they will decide what to do, I wouldn't blame them for not taking the risk, they are trying to be safe, for the person that receives the blood, and for you, in case you lost blood recently and would have problems being taken more.

I know when I tried to donate blood once them wanted to look at each arm and they saw a pimple on my one inner arm (I shave my arms...) she said I couldn't donate from that arm. So I would hope it wasn't bias and was just her not wanting to use that arm or arms in your case.
