Burnt out from school. Need advice!

Basically I’ve been studying for my undergrad program nonstop for almost 2 years (i.e. full course load during the year and some summer courses) because I need them for my program. The problem is that now I’m mentally and physically tired and I can just zone out or fall asleep as soon as I’m sitting down. My schedule is made so that I don’t have time to enjoy for myself. I know, dumb move but it’s a bit too late to change my schedule this semester since finals are coming up in a week.

So please help! I need advice on staying awake and using my energy efficiently. Also help me not stress out. Thanks!

You have to look after yourself!Sleep well, eat well and reward yourself! Take frequent breaks and do things that you enjoy around study. If you're hitting a wall you can't keep beating your head against it. There's always time! While I was sitting my final exams, I found that sleeping and eating right were a massive help.

You need sleep. If it is just for a few more weeks i suggest you put your head down and keep on going. When you make it, try to not plan so much next time. But get enough rest, don't try to cheat your sleep by taing caffeine.

I find drinking lots of water and taking extra vitamins help - not as a replacement, but because I find when I concentrate on studying, I forget to have a balanced diet. So vitamins can help a lot and improve your body's energy levels. Also, spend a few minutes every day walking in the sun, vitamin D is a mood booster and increases focus.

Take a rest once in a while, do something relaxing especially during the weekend. break the rules once in a while, you are not a robot. you are a living thing so you have the right to do whatever you want and you have complete control over yourself. So give yourself a break, do whatever you want even if it was for a short period of time.
