so apart from actually being sick the past few days i’ve actually resorted the making myself throw up to not feel as sick, it works and i’m surprised at how much i’ve done it the past four days as well as how much its worked, i used to have a problem with the thought of it but now that i’ve done it, not so much. i know the health risks and everything but it hasnt put me off… i just dont know how to stop before it gets too far, i’m already doing it roughly each hour…

You are headed for some serious health issues. You say you know them but you may not know them all. You should really talk to a doctor about what you are doing before it goes too far.
Right now, it might not seem so bad. It may help you feel better and feel like it's exactly what you need but I urge you not to give in to those feelings. If you continue this pattern, you will become very sick. You will most likely be hospitalized several times because it can kill you. If you don't stop now, when you want to stop, which you will probably want to do in the future, you won't be able to because your body will have become accustomed to the routine and will do it automatically.
The best way I know that you can find out how best to help you stop is to talk with a doctor, maybe even a counselor, too, to help keep you motivated. It's a good sign that you've realized this isn't something you should be doing. Keep strong and please seek out help before you end up being caught up in something that will threaten your life.

the fact in its self that you have been sick for several days and nothing helps the nausea means its time to go to the doctor. you are doing this right now because you are nauseous and vomiting makes you feel better. that is normal. i have done that many times when i have been down with the flu and nothing else works. bulimia would be if you were eating and eating and eating and then purposefully vomiting to avoid gaining weight. its called binging and perging. and it doesnt sound like that is what you are doing. vomiting to avoid gaining weight means you have a problem and you need to see your doctor. but vomiting to settle your nausea is ok. but i would still consult with your doctor.
