Both of my parents are dead

My dad died last year and my mom died 7 months ago from cancer. I’m 19, I struggle with depression and anxiety and I am trying to figure out how to feel normal again. I spoke to my mom everyday on the phone and I am trying to figure out how to deal with this because I feel like I am failing miserably. Also I can’t afford therapy right now. If you have lost a parent or both, please give me your advice. Thanks!

I'm so sorry, I want to help you, but first i need to tell you that i have my both parents alive, but if you wanna talk, you can do with me. I believe in God, I don't know if you, but if you do, you can pray and also he will help you.
