Hi Daniel! Thanks for your question, I hope my answer will help you out :) You said you go to the gym almost everyday. I don't think this is necessary since the muscles actually grow when they are recovering from your workouts. I don't know your workout routine but if you want to burn fat, running is a good exercise. For good upperbody strength, boxing is a great exercise. With a heavy bag and gloves, you will burn a lot of fat and build muscles. If you have access to the ocean/a lake, kayaking is a great sport, but expensive. This will help your back muscles, abs, pecs, arms, shoulders and forearms. Doing interval kayaking is a great way to build muscles (1 min full power, 2 min rest, 1 min full power etc). For lower body strength, running will help. As I mentioned before, this will also help burn fat.If you're ready for it, I highly recommend high intensity interval training (HIIT). I made my class do it in PE (physical education) once when each student got to hold their own lesson. People said that they've never worked that hard before. HIIT is not as effective for burning fat though. Do some research on HIIT, there are a lot of varieties.Swimming is also a good exercise and doesn't put pressure on joints. If you're near a pool try visiting that. Again, interval swimming is good for muscle building.Diet wise, increase you're protein and carbs intake. Many people will say stay away from carbs, however these will help you during your workouts. After every workout, I eat 2 bananas and a large glass of orange juice, they are both really helpful to recover muscles.I won't go into too much detail in the following, but if you want to know more you can google the following. This is what I do in order to stay in shape:-LOTS of basketball (almost everyday) -LOTS of running (everyday) -HIIT using only bodyweight -Normal pace workout using only bodyweight -Occasional swimming -Boxing
