Best method of reducing breast fat?

0

I’m a twenty two year old male. I’ve been overweight for the past ten years, give or take. I’ve never experienced a normal lean figure, never been able to be comfortable shirtless because I have serious moobs. I’m 6’1″ and 325lbs. I don’t look obese, but I’m definitely severely overweight but the worst part of all this is my breast fat. Back in my highschool days I had a Physical Education course every year. I tried to push myself but all I could do was keep my weight stagnate. After graduation I just gained and gained because I had no job and no reasons to go outside. Plus my Asthma hindered my ability to perform any kind of cardio.

I just want my breast fat gone. I want a lean chest again, I want to feel like an actual Man. I feel like having my breast fat gone would seriously encourage me to feel better about myself and work off the rest of the body fat. But if I could only lose one part of me it has to be the moobs. I want to be flat chested for the first time in my adult life. So how do I get there?

Outside of localized liposuction or other medical procedure, there is no localized way to lose fat on a part of your body on your own. If you want to diet to see how that changes things for you, that would be what you can do. Intermittent fasting, Dukan, PSMF, Fast diet, Zone, Weight watchers, you can pick the one that seems easier to adhere for you, and do that. Long walks and maybe even the Couch25k program could help your mood too along with helping you giving yourself the body of someone who runs and walks.

As has already been mentioned, you can't choose where you lose fat outside of getting a surgery done.Diet down to about 10% body fat and build up a solid frame of muscle while you are doing it. If you do not build muscles you will still have moobs at your target weight. I'm 5'9'' and got down to 145 lbs and still had impressive moobs, trust me on this.If you haven't dieted before there are a plethora of ways to do it. Just pop it into google. At 6'1'' 325 lbs it will take quite a while to get down to not having moobs through diet and exercise, make sure you develop habits and social circles that support you in your efforts.

The thing is, you can't get rid or your moobs, alone, first. If you want to lose weight there, you would have to get on a healthy calorie deficit diet and exercise. I know it sounds really lame-sounding, like the usual stuff people say, but if you'd like to lose those moobs, you'd better put all your motivation into it. With your asthma, when you said you can't do cardio for long, you can do strength training instead. Strength training will build more muscle. Muscle, just being there, will burn a little extra fat each day. Try to do cardio to your limits. The best time to work out is in the morning, BEFORE breakfast. If you pick your workout time later in the day, you will have more time to say "no, I'm too lazy." By showering and eating a healthy breakfast after exercising, it keeps your metabolism running, and you will feel fresh, more energized, and most likely very accomplished for the rest of the day. The recommended time for a workout is at least 45 minutes of straight physical action 7 days a week. Finally, set a goal for each day or week that are far out, but can be done. Once you have set a goal, get to the end of it, no matter how much you think you're going to die of the pain and exhaustion. if you want more tips or ideas on workout plans, or what healthy meals are, check the fitness section at menshealth.com .
