there are plenty. and there are ways to get less sensitive too, which can help

I believe its actually called being hyper sensitive not highly sensitive but I am hyper sensitive as well and have been waiting for a group! Thank you!

I've become highly sensitive and really emotional last year, I think I denied it for years or bottled it up, or maybe becoming more emotional with age. Sucks getting older
