Don't give up. Find someone you can talk to that you can trust that makes you feel better about yourself. If you don't have anyone you are really close to, it's okay to ask for help. A doctor may be able to help, but in the meantime patience and understanding for your condition and what you're going through will see you through. When things start to get really bad, whether it's anger or sadness, you are capable of feeling better, just take deep breaths and count in your head.
