I am 5 foot 3 inches and I am 203 pounds. About 2 years ago I was 135 pounds but because of my struggles and my medicine, I gave up on myself .I would love to get rid of any amount of the weight I put on that didnt need to be there. I have tried everything to lose weight except pills. Ant suggestions on good ways tonlose weight please.. I am tired of living everyday hating what I look like. Thanks.
I know it's hard to make your diet healthier, but find some healthier alternatives to your typical diet that taste good to you.. Eat more of those and less junk food, and only eat when you're truly hungry, if you struggle with that. I know I do, lol. Also, the thought of exercising seems tedious and dreadful for all of us when we've been out of shape for a while, but if you just make up your mind that you're GOING to keep a positive attitude about it, set up a time of day and a schedule, don't break it and after a month of so, it becomes a habit. Less dreadful, more empowering and enjoyable hooked up to some tunes that pump you up. Every time you don't feel like a work-out, just make yourself go by remembering how great you feel about yourself and how much progress you've made by the end of it! I read recently that if you drink enough ice water, you could burn calories internally because the body needs to regulate internal body temperature. If you do that with regular exercise and eating healthy foods as part of a well-balanced diet, you can lose the weight modually. But you can see the results as you do this.
I don't know what else have you tried but on a diet and practice regular exercise. Try a gym if that works for you ;) nevertheless, don't forget: you won't loose weight without some sacrifices (and with this I mean: there aren't any miraculous pills out there...) Good Luck!
