Take pre-natal vitamins, eat right, don't smoke, drink or do any drugs, exercise often, drink lots of fluids, and DO NOT GET STRESSED anymore than what you will experience in pregnancy.

Never let anyone elses opinion affect the way you feel about your pregnancy, the more pride you show in yourself the more pride will be reflected in others.

If your parents, (especially mom) don't know, tell them right away. Make sure that you get all of the support that you can. Mom will know what to do to keep your baby healthy and make sure he/she is on the right track. Mom can also help keep other stresses off of your shoulders, (helping with doctors appts, school business, etc.) and be a good person to talk to for advice and bonding activities with your baby during the pregnancy (listening to music, singing to your baby, etc.)
IF your mother is not in the picture, or your not ready to tell her right away, any mom can be of help. Let them know you're not ready to tell your parents, but you want your pregnancy to be as healthy, easy, and enjoyable as can be.
