I pop a couple pills every couple weeks and drink most weekends which result in me hating the things I did I Selfharm well I haven’t in awhile but my drug and drinking habits are becoming more or a habit not too much though I don’t know what to do?
I think you're at the point where you realize that you have a problem. Even if you do it just once to get rid of your problems that isn't necessarily healthy. I recommend surrounding yourself with people who care about you and who will help you take your mind off your things in better ways. You're at a good point where you have realized your trouble. I say help it before it gets completely out of hand. Good luck!
