Advice with speaking in public?

So a little bit about my situation: I’m a 20 year old girl who is studying languages in college. It’s my true passion. However to be good in a language you have to ..speak it. This means ALOT of presentations. But I get extremly nervous. I sweat, I tear, I shake, it’s a complete nightmare when I do it. But the thing is, everytime I finish one of my presentations I get a good grade (usually B/B+) and everyone says “you did great! it sounded so natural”, but to me it isn’t like that at all!!!
I get so so nervous, can someone please give me advice on this? I just wish to calm down my anxiety please, don’t want to feel like dying everytime I do a presentation..

Nice to know that you like languages. I thought I'd share something that has helped me with public speaking all my college and even now.
Practice your presentation several times in front of the mirror, rehearse with a few friends or maybe family. This way you build the confidence about whatever you are going to talk about.
Don't memorize stuff that need to present just the important points and never the complete sentences, because if the sequence of the words you’re trying to memorize goes amiss, it will break the flow and confidence.
And very important, always look at friendly faces in the audience.
Some quick fixes just before the presentation, to calm your nerves : Use the restroom one last time, Drink a glass of water, take some deep breaths and don't eat anything at least 2-3 hours before the presentation. And girl you'll rock it.

I was raised around public speaking. People make it out to be more difficult than it actually is. The next time your out with friends or talking on the phone in a store or other public space look around, how many people do you hear speaking? How many people can hear you speaking? Ask yourself everyday to really see all the people around you, hear them speaking, you will realize that you are a in front of an audience everyday. After awhile you wont even notice the difference anymore (and you might feel better about yourself too).

I've found that doing a few simple breathing exercises right before a presentation can be very steadying. Try a 2-4-6 or 4-6-8 count -- inhale for four counts, hold for six, then exhale for eight. It can help relax your body and focus your mind. :) Aside from that, always over-prepare; that way, you're ready for anything. Best of luck <3

You can deliver your presentations in various ways. It will be helpful if you combine visuals with speeches.
