You talk about it. You talk to people around you about it. Your parents, your friends. Perhaps find a local therapist, or even just log on to this site regularly get vent out how you feel. You should look into talking to a professional, it's the best way to go. . Also, staying healthy and looking after yourself also really helps, like eating well, getting enough sleep, staying hydrated, and getting active regularly. talk to someone you trust, could be a parent , close friend, boyfriend/girlfriend whoever you feel comfortable around. Things get better eventually even if you think it wont it does. I know from the past it does. Things may seem dark but theres always a light at the end of the tunnel <3
You should talk to someone about it. It can be one of your friends, brothers or sisters, your parents or maybe a stranger on the internet. Just try not to keep it bottled inside because it will worsen. When you keep so much hurt inside, it becomes trapped and it'll make you feel more depressed inside, sometimes even lonely.Sometimes a good cry can help you feel better, or listening to happy songs. I do know that certain foods can help you feel better. Bananas can help. Tea is pretty relaxing, and like @Jess said, take care of yourself. If you take care of yourself you'll have confidence and better self esteem and it can help even by just a little. I hope you feel better though!
