It’s a rather freeing feeling when you finally are able to come to term with those things. I barely did so just a couple years ago.

Being able to freely express yourself, though, that can be a different story. I can only hope you’re able to do so comfortably.

I’m glad to hear that you’re doing better now, at least. One step at a time.
