Slow down that double-time and relax.
Pay attention to the way you converse with your girl. You seem to have the tendency to jump to conclusions. See if you do that anywhere else and work on cutting that down where you find it.

i honestly can, it takes a tantrum sometimes before you can think clearly enough to realize why you through it, or what you need to do to solve an issue. Maybe at one point they through a superhuman temper tantrum
