I've been in an on and off relationship for the past two years and I need to get myself sorted, to find some sort of happy balance in myself to make sure that any relationship in the future can actually work out in the way that it should be.

I've always been a happily bubbly person, with high ambitions a spring in my step and an impeccable desire to help others however, I never showed this too my ex I was always so nervous due to be walked over by everyone I've ever been nice to I was cold towards him.

Anyway what has happened now is that he wants us to meet up and say goodbye and that goodbye will be forever unless I seriously get help. I'm fine if that goodbye means forever even if I do get the help but I'm getting help so that I can have a happy goodbye and to make sure if we talk again that we are happy and if not then anyone else I'm in a relationship with it goes well
