Have you tried over the counter sleep aids? if you allow yourself the times to sleep like maybe take it an hour before you really want to go to sleep. also maybe finding the source of your anxieties will help
Try to find ways to help you relax and sleep @thedutchfrenchman, maybe running a hot bath before bed, having a warm drink or listening to calm sounds will help, hope you manage to get a good rest, I’m always here if you need me (hugs)
@causticdreams alright, i will go to my bed 1 hour earlier to make sure i won’t stay glued. and well the source of my anxieties.. school. always worried i’m forgetting stuff, or getting more and more work to do.. getting behind etc.
@Oliver i usually listened to calm music before going to bed, it’s true that it makes me fall asleep easier so, i will try that out again! ( lucky me i’ve just gotten some cool albums of relaxing trance and house )
