    @tanisha I live in the US and believe it or not, but I was speaking with the manager. If I didn’t hang up when I did I probably would’ve had my issue escalated to my dmv and got my license revoked which isn’t even worth it.

    @tanisha since I was diagnosed with a panick disorder 2 years ago , I have no idea why but watching tv on my couch really calms me down, so I end up falling asleep there. But we are all different and we all have different methods :)

    Try listening to relaxing or soothing sounds @lala-arduini or like @tanisha says shut off all electronics so you will sleep better, hope you manage to get a good rest Aiya, I’m always here for you :) (hugs)

    @tanisha I have tried a big amount of meds and nothing helped. I have been at around 20 therapists and nobody helped either
