Please don’t be sad @tanabanana, try to stay positive and upbeat, keep your head up, that’s good that your work provides you with something to hold on to, I would focus on that, but remember you can and will find other things to make you happy, don’t give up, keep smiling and stay happy, you can do this, stay strong, you are not alone, you are such a wonderful person, keep moving forward, things do get better, if you need to talk or need a friend, I’m always here, feel free to message me anytime if you want, my inbox is always open (hugs)
Thank you SO much, Oli! Do people know how wonderful it is to see the word ”friend” when a person is hurting? I am so sad over a situation with a gentleman whom I love dearly – but who suffers from unmedicated bipolar disorder. I have known him for some time – he moved into my house with me a month ago – and has abandoned me five times since then. I know his actions are due to his disorder – and I have found ways to separate him as a brilliant, generous, loving person, from his disorder. But my heart is hurting from being left behind – again. I can’t talk to my family about this – they cannot understand loving a person who is so flawed. I know that therapy and meds will help control his mania and poor life choices, and I feel selfish for allowing myself the luxury of having my heart hurt because of his actions. His life, because of his disorder, is so much more difficult than mine.
Thank you for the encouragement. And just for having that inbox open.
