I’m sure you will find the right support and help that will benefit you @suiei, whether that be medication, counselling or therapy, you are a wonderful person who deserves happiness in life, surround yourself with the things that bring you hope and know things will be OK, you have so much strength and courage inside of you, keep going, believe in yourself and never give up, you can do it, inbox me anytime if you want to chat or vent, stay strong, you are never alone (hugs)
Today its college, tomorrow its workplace. Can’t keep medicating yourself forever.
If its really THAT BIG of an issue, then why not take a semester break. And dedicate it to practicing your social skills. And learn from the experiences of socially confident and popular people, and copy them for 6 months. I can understand a part of you being afraid to do that, and a part of you wanting to go high lengths to solve this important issue. Spending ’that’ much time on a certain skill can easily make you an expert at it.
Then, when you go back to your college, with better social skills. You can have people who would call you their friend, and people who value you, and some who would admire you, and some who would come to you for help, and some who you can go for help. And you can take all this amazing network of people to be with you, throughout your future. Won’t that be super nice!?
