Writing it’s something that has helped me a lot, in the past and even now. It’s a fantastic way to let things out, feel better, and even explore and get to know yourself. I especially like to re read what I wrote and see how I evolved and grow during the years. It’s great that you are thinking about giving it a go @stolenheart!!
I have various journals both online and in physical form. I really do think it is a good idea to write about things that happen and how you feel. It has helped me and really opens your eyes to see the motion of our lives.
