@somelameperson what methods do you use to cope with these thoughts? Do you frequently have appointments to get help? If not, do you go out frequently to at least get some air? Do you exercise? Eat healthy? Sorry for all these questions, but these are some crucial things that really help your mental health. Might look super trivial but your body literally needs these things function, meaning your mental health will improve!
Also try to spend time with things and people you love. The key of fighting mental issues is posivity which you get if you try to follow that everyday by saying to yourself good things and having nice and positive hobbies that make you happy.
You can’t say you won’t live till 30. We have such a short life span you should really make the best out of it. Nowdays is easy to get professional help and many many methods to get better.
I promise it can get better if you work on it. As someone who is also struggling with mental health I give you my word. You can do it.
