What you need to work on is patience and how to be calm. Life can be frustrating and sometimes you just want to tell people to shut up. It’s hard, I know. Figure out things that work for you to keep your stress down. Try doing morning or afternoon runs. Maybe try some tea. Get a stress ball. Any of these things might help. Realize that people want to help you and most aren’t trying to outright annoy you. If you only take one piece of advice from me, then take this. Be polite. Simple as that. You don’t have to be all sunshine and rainbows, but you can say thank you. Help people who are struggling with a small task such as groceries. When you feel yourself losing control take a step back and maybe apologize or at least keep a steady voice. And the most obvious one is to smile more at people. Some of these thoughts might sound ridiculous or dumb but trust me, they will go far in connecting with people more.
