I think healing takes time, you know? Some times all you can do is make peace with the pain and take baby steps everyday to just survive for a little while. And then someday you realize those baby steps were actually leaps, and that your life is getting better. I can’t tell you exactly what to do but I can tell you to hang on and have hope, this is just the storm before the peace. I’m here for you, if you ever need any support.
People need time before they feel ok to talk again, get back on the saddle of your life and do your thing, keep yourself busy, do nice activities. Maybe one day they’ll feel ready again, maybe you after a while won’t feel like you still need them in your life, but for now, take care of yourself.
