Hey I’m just now seeing this but usually I drink hot drinks to destress things like chamomile tea which is suppose to help with stress, green teas, and herbal teas. I take long, hot bubble baths and either read a book while relaxing or listen to some of my favorite oldies like the music that i listened to as a child and teenager. Long walks in a park is calming as well. I hope i helped you with some ideas a little (:
