      Just remember you’re allowed to be sad, don’t pick on yourself for it, don’t think you’re weak because of it. It doesn’t matter what the reason is that you don’t feel 100%, focus on getting through it, don’t fixate on it.

    Hey everyone I’m back again, I keep having this recurring feeling that I shouldn’t be in this community, my depression/loneliness is pretty much still the same, I just want to feel happy and comfortable, I’ll try to stick around, I’m here to help anyone who needs help, add or re-add me as a friend.
