Sick for years with chronic illnesses- lyme, hypoglycemia, etc. Also have PMDD, so I've been depressed and suicidal before. I struggled not to self-harm for about five years. Never did too much, but struggled with it constantly.

Definitely feel free to talk about any of those things with me. I love listening. If I can help someone with those things, it'll make me having to deal with them worth it. Surprisingly mentally stable despite all that.

New to dealing with anxiety- it was caused by bartonella infection and still floundering through this unwelcome development. Advice welcome.
