Hi everyone, I'm fairly new here and stumbled upon this website when searching for ways to control my anxiety. I found my first vent very helpful and it did put me in a better mood and decided to create an account. I hope I can get to be a great listener to those that need to vent as I was helped myself. I try to stay positive and optimistic in everything I do to steer away letting my anxiety build up. Easier said then done right?
