    So… I’m so terrified of gaining weight , since I’m elegant now, that I’m damaging my body… not eating enough vegetables and food rich in iron. I almost passed out twice, I am sleepy 24/7 and realised I’ve been binging chocolates cause is how I get a bit of energy. DONE with that. This is MY life and I have to take it by the horns. Tomorrow going to the doctor about this and I’m buying vegetables and fruit tomorrow. Enough with my disgusting paranoia.

    • There’s not anything with chocolate especially dark chocolate which is surprisingly great for you. Everything is about limits. I know you’re not eating it by the pounds daily so it’s fine. There are some apps that you can get on your phone that you can use everyday and put what you are eating and drinking and it will tell you the calorie intake and all. (I believe there’s one call lose it) you’ll be fine but you need to know that dear.

    • If you only eat fruits and vegetables, it can be easy to be deficient in protein which is very important. I know my mom had the same problem, she uses a plant based protein powder supplement, but of course the doctor will tell you what’s best for you. Just be careful about your energy levels, the two most important parts about being healthy are living long and feeling good. If, by not eating enough/properly, you’re damaging your body and feeling devoid of energy, then are your efforts really towards health?

    • @silent-radiance my problem is the opposite (maybe I didn’t write it well), I’ve been binging in sweets because I don’t eat enough fruit, vegetables, meat, etc. I only eat pasta, rice, chicken and that’s basically it.
      However today I started it to change already! I ate a bit of grilled meat, rice with tomato sauce and vegetables on the same. I also ate a banana for dessert and I already feel much better.
      Thank you for your advice though, will help me to keep track of what I eat :)
