    Hello everybody! I hope you all had a great weekend, and that you are taking care <3. For me, I've been having really vivid dreams every single night for a week, approximately. They are usually like that, but it's rare that I have or remember them every day. Because of that, I'm more anxious than usual. Do you have any tips to avoid this? Or at least to decrease its instensity. Thank you everybody!
