That’s the attitude @positivity-vibes. Keep working hard and believing in yourself. Not achieving a goal in a certain time doesn’t mean you are not going to never achieve it. You’ll get more oportunities and you’ll finally arrive at the goal, don’t give up!

Maybe in the beginnig it’s not noticeable that these people has not very high empathy. Or maybe the people who seek attention from low empaths are very dependent and just cling onto the ones that are near them, independently the level of empathy they have. Any way, try to surround yourself by peple that cares about you Cecilia, you deserve it!

You can say that you are busy or have an important appointment at the time of the meeting if it’s a really distressing activity for you.

As you said, you spent time on yourself and growing. People that come back to your life to make it worse it’s not wirth it. Keep working on being happy and have a better life, and don’t worry about these people.

Life sometimes can be extremely confusing. like a thick mist that doesn’t allow us to see what’s ahead. But sooner or later that mist will fade, and you’ll find your path, and whenever you feel like you can’t keep going, you can always reach to us for help @chocochococookies. You are not alone, keep fighting!

It’s very hard to picture how things will be in the future when you are going through times of change like those. Give yourself time @equestrian27, despite it will be difficult in the begginig. as time passes by those feelings of sadness and loss will eventually fade. Stay strong!

It’s exhausting to keep searching for the light and, as you said, darkness starts to feel more and more comfortable as time passes by. Despite all of that, you just need a little sparkle to make the darknes disappear. Keep fighting and believing in yourself, you’ll find that little flame that will ignite your life.

You are right @invincible, sometimes we need to let everything out, because bad memories and experiences can burn us from the inside. I usually wirte down what makes me feel sad/mad/frustrated/… That helps me to ease these bad feelings and to think more clearly and calmly.
